The OSU Housing Portal will be closed from 8 a.m., Monday, April 29 through 10 a.m., Wednesday, May 1 for system maintenance. OSU Housing and Residential Life provides on-campus housing options for all students. Options for undergraduates include traditional halls, suites, deluxe suites and apartments, and neighborhood living for families and graduate students.
- Registration for incoming first-year students begins Thursday, February 1, 2024. First-year students are guaranteed a room.
- Current returning residents must complete registration between Tuesday, January 16 and Wednesday, January 30 at 11:50 p.m. to be guaranteed a room.
- Undergraduate students needing a room for the upcoming academic year may complete registration beginning Thursday, February 1, 2024.
Before You Log In
Before you can log in and register for housing, you must have completed the following steps:

Be admitted to Oklahoma State University. If you are not admitted, apply here.

Pay the OSU enrollment deposit. OSU begins accepting the enrollment deposit beginning December 1.

Set up your O-Key credentials. To log into the OSU Housing Portal, you will need your O-Key credentials (banner ID, O-Key username, email address and password).

OSU requires first-year students to live on campus and purchase a meal plan. Visit OSU Dining Services for more information.

Registration for incoming first-year students begins February 1.
